Maybe we should think about it some more. I too am looking forward to seeing how Triberr takes off.

Re: Triberr: The Reach Multiplier!

Well, I guess this Triberr thing works.

Thanks Dino for the comment & thanks for shedding some more light on the 'negatives' above, although I prefer 'may not loves' better. The 7 limit is actually a great number the more I've thought about it.

Regarding invites, I was really excited to get 'in' so I could invite some key bloggers I follow, so they could get 'in' and really work Triberr and multiply their reach. As you may have noticed my blog is very sporadic and unfocussed.

Thanks so much for taking the time to respond to my post. I'm looking forward to see how Triberr grows.

Re: Triberr: The Reach Multiplier!

Very excited to see the potential of this. And it looks like I'm part of your tribe. So hi! :)

Thanks for writing up this post. Good to hear from Dino too.

Re: Triberr: The Reach Multiplier!

First of all, thanks for mentioning me in the post. And secondly, thanks for making me look bad. I've been meaning to post about Triberr for a week now... and you go an write an awesome post in a matter of hours... thanks. Thanks a lot.

Re: Triberr: The Reach Multiplier!

First of all Jayson, whatever this Triberr thing is, it looks stupid...besides, those guys that founded Triberr are highly suspect too :-p

All kidding aside, first of all , thank you for a great write up.

I'd like to address the two "negatives" mentioned above. We thought through this and we are constantly thinking in terms of "what do bloggers want"...or better yet, since I am a blogger "what do I want from Triberr"...and we've come up with some answers that I think you will love.

When you are invited into your first tribe, you must trust the CHief of that tribe (in your case Kazia) to do whats right for all in her tribe. She is responsible for everyone's well being, tribe wide.

But lets say she was simply collecting lousy members, you have two options.

You can keep an eye on Upcoming tweets and remove tweets you dont like (we're building a "why?" box for those to prevent douchebaggery) or, if that gets to be too much you have a decision to make.

You can stay in the tribe and put up with it, or leave the tribe. And focus instead on developing your tribes.

Regarding the limit of 7. We want triberrs to really appreciate those invites and invite only quality people to prevent the situation above :-)

Having said that, I think you will be pleasantly surprised as to what happens when you reach 7 members :-) But for now, lets just say you are playing in the kiddy pool :-)

Thnx again for a write up. I respect and love folks who understand the meaning of the phrase "speed of implementation". And you clearly do since you joined today and had the post out...today...nice! :-)
